How is the price for each lead determined?
Lead price is based on the customer's project budget. Small projects ($500 doorbell) = $5-$15. Large projects ($15,000 whole-home) = $40-$100. You see the exact price before deciding to accept.
Do I have to pay for every lead sent to me?
No! You get a preview of every lead with project details, budget, quality score, and price. Accept = you pay. Decline = no charge, no penalty. You're in complete control.
What does the $10/month listing fee include?
Your $10/month activates your account and profile listing on Trunetto. It includes your business profile, photos, service areas, hours, and customer reviews. This fee does NOT include leads - those are purchased separately as you accept them.
When exactly do I get charged for a lead?
When you accept a lead, we place an authorization hold on your card for the lead price. If the customer responds within 48 hours, the charge is captured. If they ghost you, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No contracts! Your $10/month listing is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Leads are pay-as-you-go with no commitments. You only pay for what you accept.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Your first 60 days are FREE during our beta period. After that, it's just $10/month for your listing. You can start receiving and accepting leads during your free trial.
