Your Treatlife smart plug is not being discovered during setup in the Smart Life app. The plug must be in pairing mode (rapid LED flashing) to be found. If the LED is solid or slow-blinking, the plug isn't in pairing mode. Press and hold the button on the side of the plug for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

Your Treatlife smart plug countdown timer or schedule isn't triggering at the set time. Timers are cloud-based and depend on the timezone configured in the Smart Life app. If the timezone is wrong, timers fire at offset times. Countdown timers also require the plug to stay online (WiFi connected) during the countdown period.
