Why Is My Fibaro Dimmer 2 Minimum Brightness Setting Still Too Bright

Device: Fibaro Dimmer 2 (FGD-212, FGD-212-ZW5, Dimmer 2, Z-Wave Dimmer)

Your Fibaro Dimmer 2 does not dim low enough even at minimum setting. When you set brightness to 1% or minimum, the lights are still noticeably bright rather than very dim. You want a true nightlight level but the dimmer will not go that low. Some LED bulbs may even flicker at low settings.
