Low Voltage Technician role at Pro Max Fence

Please note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Access Control Technicians install and repair gate operating systems and gates, using hand and power tools. Primary Responsibilities include: Welding gates and/or operators into place, Wiring and programing operators, Installing operating system and/or mechanical tracks for gate system, Assembling gates and fastening them into position, Establishing the location for gate and gather information needed to ensure there are no electric cables or water lines in the area, Digging holes using spades, posthole diggers, excavators or power-driven augers mounted to skid loaders, Mixing and pouring concrete around bases of posts and/or pedestals and Constructing and repairing barriers. Minimum Experience - 2 - 5 years' industry experience years preferred (Best candidates will have an aptitude for construction and reading plans a be able to work with low voltage electrical systems, and mechanical backgrounds). Relevant experience would include garage/overhead door technicians, mechanics, and/or low voltage electricians. An ideal candidate will have the ability to fix any type of mechanical system (often our best technicians have a long-time experience working on and repairing cars and trucks). Candidates will also be required to weld and wire low voltage electrical systems. Valid driver's license required. Requirements & fit

  • Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
  • Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
