We’re now looking for a high-calibre AV Technician to join one of our flagship client sites in Los Angeles—supporting executive-level environments where excellence is non-negotiable. The Opportunity This is not your average AV role. You’ll be the trusted expert behind seamless executive meetings, high-profile events, and mission-critical collaboration spaces. What You’ll Be Doing Events & Executive Support Own and deliver flawless AV experiences for live events, town halls, and executive meetings Conduct pre-event testing and attend production meetings Provide real-time, high-touch support to senior stakeholders Video & Audio Conferencing Set up and support video conferencing across Cisco, Polycom, Crestron environments Manage and support Zoom Rooms & Microsoft Teams Rooms integrations Troubleshoot live conferencing issues quickly and effectively Support hybrid and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom, WebEx & Teams

What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify crestron programmer systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Senior experience in crestron programmer, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
