Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician / Electrician with strong experience in Access Control and Security Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work independently, lead technicians in the field, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard. Requirements: Proven experience with Access Control systems (required) Proven experience with Security Systems and CCTV installations (required) Strong low-voltage installation and troubleshooting experience Experience with card readers, door hardware, maglocks, electric strikes, and related security devices Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead crews and oversee projects from start to finish Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel as required Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and security systems Lead field technicians and ensure quality workmanship Coordinate project activities and maintain project timelines Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with safety and company standards Represent the company professionally on customer sites What We’re Looking For: A dependable leader who knows the industry, can take ownership of projects, lead a team effectively, and confidently work independently in commercial and data cente Company Description Intergrated Staffing a company with solid experience in Field services/ Low voltage cabling solutions.
