We are seeking an Alarm System Installer/Service Tech and CCTV Installer to join our team! You will install and repair alarm wiring and CCTV equipment.
Responsibilities: Install and program new alarm and security systems (PRIMARILY HONEYWELL/RESIDEO) Install and repair CCTV Sytems Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
Qualifications: Previous
experience: in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields Previous
experience: in CCTV installation, and service Familiarity with hand and power tools Knowledge of Fire Alarms and Access Control a plus Ability to handle physical workload. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail Willing to travel within state of 60-mile radius. What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify low voltage technician systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in low voltage technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
