Dantek Systems is seeking two skilled and dependable Low Voltage Technicians to join the team. This role supports commercial installation projects, including both new construction and existing sites. Technicians will work with a variety of low voltage systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Key
Responsibilities: Install and service low voltage systems, including: Fire alarm systems Security systems Audio/visual systems Access control systems Phone, cable, and data wiring Work on commercial job sites, including new construction and retrofit projects Safely operate hand and power tools Follow project instructions and complete tasks within established timelines Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs Ability to work from ladders Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics Preferred Attributes Friendly, outgoing personality Strong work ethic and reliability Flexibility to work weekends and travel out of town as needed Compensation $10.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on

What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify low voltage technician systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in low voltage technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
