Job Description Job Description Description: Objective Provide troubleshooting and repairs on various types of Security systems. Experience with Lenel, Milestone, Honeywell, DSC, and Axis is a plus. Job Description Role and Responsibilities Respond, Diagnose, and resolve service/security issues. Demonstrate competency in the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems. Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure, maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted. Solid technical skills and experience related to security systems. Solid programming skills and proven to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Works with a variety of hand and power tools. Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications. Great communication skills with supervisors, office personnel, and clients Familiar with various manufacturers (Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch, Galaxy, etc...) Locate and evaluate the client's issues & complete repair Job Type: Full-time *No outside recruiters needed, accepted, or considered* Requirements: Qualifications- 2-year minimum in low voltage or security industry Valid Drivers license with an outstanding driving record Ability to pass a background and drug screening

What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify low voltage technician systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in low voltage technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
