$9.90Connect to Power and Open App
Plug the soundbar's power cable into a wall outlet. Download the Sonos S2 app on your smartphone or tablet. Open the app and either create a new Sonos account or log in to your existing one. The app will guide you through setting up a new system.
Add the Soundbar in the App
The Sonos app will automatically detect the new soundbar nearby. Follow the on-screen prompts to add it to your system. This will involve connecting it to your Wi-Fi network by entering your password and then checking for and installing any available software updates.
Tune with Trueplay
For the best sound quality, use the Trueplay tuning feature. This requires an iOS device. The app will instruct you to walk around your room while the soundbar plays test tones. This process analyzes your room's acoustics and optimizes the soundbar's audio output.
