We are currently looking for licensed 06 Journeymen to add to our superstar team of technicians. Wipliance specializes in custom technology solutions, including smart lighting control, motorized shades, home theater installation, and total technology integration. Our job sites are located around the Greater Puget Sound area. We offer advancement opportunities for qualified team members such as certified manufacturer training, project management experience, and more. Qualifications 4 years of experience All applicants must have a valid Washington State driver's license, a clean driving record, and an active, WA State 06 electrician's license Detail oriented motivated willing to learn and teach enthusiastic maintains a positive attitude and organized Day-To-Day Tasks: Rough in-phase wiring Trim Phase Terminations Audio/Video Install Network System installation and management Lighting System installation and programming Compensation DOE. Hiring Bonus paid after 90 days of employment. What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify smart lighting installer systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in smart lighting installer, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
