This is a field-based service role focused on troubleshooting, servicing, programming, and supporting commercial access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and service commercial access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems Provide onsite and remote support to customers Diagnose issues and complete repairs in the field Assist with system upgrades, programming, and alarm takeovers Train customers and end users on system functionality Support installation teams when needed Maintain service documentation and communicate updates to internal teams Manage inventory and tools within company vehicle Stay current on evolving technologies and security platforms What They’re Looking For 3+ years of

- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in security system installer, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
