This position is responsible for supporting installation projects, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs involving commercial doors, windows, locks, hardware, garage doors, and related building systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on
experience: with commercial door systems, hardware installation, repairs, and service work. Candidates with
experience: in access control systems, electronic locking systems, or security hardware are strongly preferred. This position will support both scheduled projects and service requests across school, church, and commercial facilities, ensuring safe, secure, and properly functioning building access systems. Key

What you will own
- Install, configure, and verify security system installer systems for residential or small-business customers.
- Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Entry Level experience in security system installer, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
