Responsibilities: Assist Lead Technician Support senior technicians with daily cabling tasks and installation activities at construction sites. Prewire Installation Run and secure low-voltage cabling such as Cat5e, Cat6, coax, fiber, and control wiring before drywall installation. Cable Routing and Management Install cables through framing, ceilings, conduits, and cable pathways while maintaining organized routing and proper support. Termination and Labeling Assist with terminating cables and labeling according to project documentation and company standards. Plan and Layout Interpretation Learn to read and follow wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation for proper cable placement. Construction Coordination Work alongside other construction trades to ensure efficient workflow and avoid installation conflicts. Safety Compliance Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while working on active construction sites. Project Timeline Support Help maintain project schedules by completing assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Worksite Organization Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure proper disposal of materials. Skills and

Competencies: Technical Learning Ability Willingness to learn different cable types, installation methods, and structured cabling standards. Attention to Detail Ability to install and organize wiring in a clean, professional manner. Following Instructions Capability to follow direction from supervisors and execute tasks accurately.
