Responsibilities: - Install, terminate, maintain, and repair low voltage systems including audio, video, and data, phone networks - Perform cabling and wiring installations for various systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage equipment - Ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently - Test and configure computer hardware components - Provide technical support for technical staff Qualifications: - Proficiency in low voltage systems and low voltage electrical work - Knowledge of computer networking and telecommunication systems - Mechanical aptitude for handling various tools and equipment - Familiarity with Ethernet testing equipment, volt meters, cable tester - Experience in working with fiber, access control, alarm systems is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for low voltage technology and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. - Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.

- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in network technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
