Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in low voltage technology. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all installations. Assist in training new technicians on best practices and company standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role. Knowledge of low voltage systems and cabling standards. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in low voltage systems preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Mid Level experience in network technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
