experience: leading jobs with data, voice, alarm, video, and paging systems. This full-time position requires travel and a willingness to learn and help in other structured cabling environments and receive on-the-job training for CCTV. This position requires technicians to travel up to 6 to 8 weeks at a time. We seek self-motivated and reliable technicians who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. - Complete clean site walkthroughs, document work performed, and confirm customer handoff requirements.
- Troubleshoot device, wiring, app, network, and integration issues using a repeatable field process.
- Coordinate with dispatch, support, and operations teams so jobs move from scheduled to completed without surprises.
Requirements & fit
- Lead experience in network technician, field service, smart-home installation, low-voltage work, or customer-facing technical support.
- Comfort reading install notes, diagnosing field conditions, and communicating clearly with customers.
- Licensing or manufacturer certifications may be requested depending on market and job scope.
- Reliable communication, schedule discipline, and a professional installation standard are expected.
