Jandy iAquaLink App Showing System Offline

Smart Pool & Spa • Jandy iAquaLink

The Jandy iAquaLink app shows your pool system as "Offline" even though the AquaLink RS control panel at the equipment pad is working normally and controlling the pool equipment locally. The iAquaLink device (a small WiFi module that connects to the AquaLink RS panel) bridges your pool controller to the internet for remote app control. When the app shows Offline, the iAquaLink module has either lost its WiFi connection, lost its connection to Jandy's cloud server, or the RS-485 serial link between the iAquaLink and the AquaLink RS panel has dropped.

Jandy AquaPure Salt Cell Not Producing Chlorine

Smart Pool & Spa • Jandy AquaPure Salt Chlorine Generator

The Jandy AquaPure salt chlorine generator is running but pool chlorine levels remain low or zero. The AquaPure control panel may show low salt, check cell, or service warnings. Salt cells produce chlorine through electrolysis — passing electric current through salt water across titanium plates coated with ruthenium oxide. When the plates scale up with calcium or the coating wears out, chlorine production drops.

Jandy JXi Pool Heater Error Codes and Ignition Failure

Smart Pool & Spa • Jandy JXi Pool Heater

The Jandy JXi gas pool heater displays error codes on the touchscreen, fails to ignite, or shuts down during operation. The JXi uses a premix combustion system with a hot surface igniter and flame sensing rod. Error codes on the JXi touchscreen pinpoint the exact failure — from ignition lockout to sensor faults to gas pressure issues.

Jandy VS FloPro or ePump Not Priming or Losing Prime

Smart Pool & Spa • Jandy Variable Speed Pool Pump

The Jandy pump runs but will not pull water up into the strainer, or it primes and then loses prime with air collecting in the housing. On the FloPro and ePump the culprit is nearly always the lid o-ring or a suction-side air leak rather than the motor, so the job is sealing the suction side.
