Segway Navimow App Not Connecting via Bluetooth

Device: Segway Navimow Robot Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

Your Segway Navimow robot mower is not connecting to the Navimow app. The app cannot discover the mower during initial setup, shows it as offline, or drops the Bluetooth connection repeatedly. The Navimow uses Bluetooth for close-range pairing and control, WiFi for remote management, and 4G LTE on H Series models for cellular connectivity. Without app access, you cannot map boundaries, start mowing, adjust schedules, or receive alerts.

Segway Navimow GPS Signal Lost or Position Drifting

Device: Segway Navimow Robot Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

Your Segway Navimow robot mower is reporting GPS signal lost, showing inaccurate positioning, or drifting outside its mapped boundary during mowing. The Navimow uses RTK GPS with a GNSS reference antenna for centimeter-level accuracy. When the GPS signal degrades, the mower stops mowing and returns to the dock, or continues with poor accuracy and crosses the boundary. Position drifting — where the mower dot in the app slowly shifts from its actual location — indicates the RTK correction link is unstable.

Segway Navimow Not Charging or Dock Not Detected

Device: Segway Navimow Robot Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

Your Segway Navimow is docked on the charging station but the battery is not charging, the mower does not detect the dock, or the mower cannot navigate back to the dock to charge. The Navimow charges through metal contacts on the underside that connect to pins on the charging station. If these contacts are dirty, the dock has shifted, or the dock power supply has failed, the mower sits on the station without receiving any charge. The mower can also fail to find the dock if its stored GPS dock coordinates no longer match the actual dock position.

Segway Navimow Not Mapping Lawn Boundaries Correctly

Device: Segway Navimow Robot Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

Your Segway Navimow is failing to map your lawn boundaries correctly during the setup process. The boundary line does not match the shape you walked, the map shows gaps or distortions, or the mapping process fails to complete. Navimow uses RTK GPS to record your boundary as you walk the perimeter with the mower following — if GPS accuracy degrades during the walk, the recorded boundary will be inaccurate and the mower may mow outside your lawn or miss sections.

Segway Navimow Getting Stuck or Hitting Obstacles (VisionFence)

Device: Segway Navimow Robotic Lawn Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

The Navimow bumps into things its VisionFence camera should avoid, gets trapped in the same spot, or wanders slightly outside the boundary. VisionFence has real blind spots by design, and once you know what it cannot see, the fix is mapping around those spots rather than resetting the mower.

Segway Navimow Blades Not Spinning or Not Cutting the Grass

Device: Segway Navimow Robotic Lawn Mower (Navimow i105E, i108E, i110E, H500E, H800E, H1500E, H3000E)

The Navimow drives its pattern but the blade disc does not spin and the grass is left uncut, or the blades stop turning partway through a mow. On the Navimow this is usually debris jamming the disc or the BladeHalt safety sensor shutting the blades off, both of which you can sort out at home.
