Check Power Supply
If no light on doorbell, it is not receiving power. Check circuit breaker. Pro models need transformer providing 16-24 VAC.
Inspect Wiring
Turn off breaker. Remove Ring from mount. Check wires securely connected. Look for frayed or corroded wires. Reconnect firmly and remount.
Test Transformer
Use multimeter to test doorbell transformer. Ring Pro requires 16-24 VAC. Replace with Ring-compatible 16-24V 30VA transformer if low.
