The SharkClean app shows Error 3 (suction motor failure). Your Shark robot has lost suction because the airflow path is blocked, the filters are clogged, or the brushroll is jammed, so the motor can't move air the way it expects.

Error 3 is your Shark reporting that its suction motor isn't moving the air it expects, which the robot reads as a motor failure even when the motor is fine. Step-by-Step Solution
Empty the Dust Bin
Lift the dust bin out of the top of the robot and empty it fully. Error 3 fires when the airflow is choked, and a packed bin is the first place air gets blocked.
Clean the Filters
Open the dust bin and pull out the foam and felt filters (and the HEPA filter on models that have one). Tap them out, rinse the foam and felt in water only if your model allows, and let them air-dry fully for 24 hours before refitting.
Clear the Brushroll
